Born and raised in Montana Andrea has worked as a Physical Therapist since 2003 in Montana and Washington. She has served the pediatric population in a variety of settings including early intervention, outpatient clinic, home based private therapy, hospital based care, research and leadership. She has always worked in early intervention, it has been the fabric of her career. Andrea has a passion for building relationships with children and families and providing compassionate, holistic, comprehensive family-centered care across all areas of development. She enjoys the creativity and flexibility of providing therapeutic ideas that fold seamlessly into family routines while helping families connect through play. Andrea’s clinical interests include: evaluation and diagnostics, high-risk infant care and NICU follow-up, working with children with global delays and high medical needs, home based therapies, early preschool work and preventative care.
In her free time Andrea can be found with her husband on the sidelines cheering on their three boys, planning the next family trip, cooking and enjoying some sunshine and outdoor time with friends and family.

Born and raised in California, Kristina has worked in diverse settings across the country and internationally, and has cherished the past years serving the families of Montana. Working as an occupational therapist for 7 years, she has gained valuable experience working with children in varied environments including in the clinic, home, and school settings. She thrives on building relationships with families, understanding their unique strengths, and collaboratively developing strategies to empower them in supporting their child’s growth. Her experiences have shown her the value of working with families in their natural setting and the importance of helping them to see themselves as the ultimate change agent in their child’s development. Her clinical approach focuses on providing holistic care tailored to each child’s individual needs and strengths, helping children develop and thrive through meaningful, engaging play activities that promote functional skills, and incorporating a variety of approaches including the use of sensory systems to assist with supporting development.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys exploring the outdoors, hiking new trails, kayaking, and paddleboarding on local lakes. She is excited to try cross-country skiing this winter.

Born and raised in Missoula, Montana, Kelsey began her career in Early Intervention in 2015 and has gained diverse experience working with infants and toddlers in a variety of roles including: Family Support Specialist, Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, and Speech-Language Pathologist. With her background in social work, Kelsey brings a valuable perspective on family dynamics, community resources, and the hierarchy of basic needs, all of which influence her therapeutic approach. Kelsey is passionate about providing therapy that integrates trauma-informed and family-centered practices to ensure therapeutic intervention that is empathetic and functional for families. She uses play-based strategies to nurture language development from a foundation of connection and meaningful interactions, and loves collaborating with families to celebrate their child's successes - both big and small! Kelsey’s clinical interests include: receptive and expressive language disorders, play skills, gestalt language processing, and speech sound disorders.

Outside of work, Kelsey loves soaking up the sunshine, baking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Sally was born and raised in Montana and spent many years working with children in a variety of educational settings before becoming an SLP. She has been a practicing SLP in MT and Utah serving adult and pediatric populations in inpatient, outpatient, home health, NICU to-home programs, school, and early intervention settings. Sally found her greatest passion in serving medically fragile infants and toddlers with both feeding and language development while supporting the family in having a voice in their child’s education and developmental goals in the home. Family support and engagement are the foundation of her therapeutic practices. Sally’s clinical interests include infant and toddler feeding and dysphagia, expressive and receptive language development, play-based therapy, early literacy development, and Assistive Technology for communication. Sally is SOFFI and SETT trained and has completed a variety of evidence-based courses in her areas of interest.

In her free time, Sally spends time traveling and exploring Montana’s great outdoors while camping, biking, skiing, and rafting with her husband, daughter, and chocolate labrador.
